Our first client is Dave W. from San Jose. Dave is now 70 years old and started with us 12 years ago. Dave got a letter from us and knew the marketing would work. There was only one problem, he didn’t have the money to buy the mail. He told his wife “I’ll never get to second base with one foot on first”. So he used his rent money. That was a good bet. Today he earns over one million dollars per year. He owns a million-dollar home a 50 foot yacht a Rolls Royce and a condo on the golf course in Palm Springs. He absolutely loves his life!
Our second client, Chuck B. from Salinas who was a client for eight years until he passed away. His wife took over the business and we did her marketing. Then she remarried and now we do the marketing for the current broker, Omar G., who remarked “I get good value and predictable results every time”. That’s all I can ask for.
Five years ago, Nick A. from Escondido called and needed help with his marketing. He were ready to close his business. We laid out a marketing plan for him. He borrowed the money from their families and paid a few bills and the balance went into marketing. Well, today he and his team are closing over 200 loans per month. They have dozens of loan officers and last year were one of the top 30 largest mortgage brokers in the country.
You have to hear about Charles P. of San Diego. About nine years ago he had one loan officer and himself doing loans. He was unable to afford his first mailer. So he used his credit card. He mailed consistently every week for all those years. Today he has twenty-something loan officers and closes over 200 loans per month. With his profits, he has purchased 500 apartment units and storage facilities all over the Western U.S.! Yes he is a very wealthy young man!
Then there is David W. in Long Beach. David has been a client for three years. He had just left a company where he wasn’t doing well to start his own shop. We met and went over his plans and came up with a viable long-term plan that had all the elements he wanted to accomplish. David mails every week and has since he started with us. Today he has two mortgage offices and a real estate company. David is earning in excess of 2 million dollars per year.
Greg M. from San Diego managed a mortgage company and earned about $60,000 per year. Four years ago, he decided he had enough and came to visit me.
